Best Customer Service I've Ever Experienced. Easy close to door parking & right on the Corner of Signal Butte & The Trail. They treat you like family & you can always grab the best Mexican Food you have ever tasted right next door to them. I've been in Sales most of my life & I know Customer Service, T-Mobile is a 10+ on my scale, which is a very high scale to grab my personal attention. ������������
Pulled the trigger on buying a Pixel to bring to T-Mobile. It's not until after the Pixel was purchased that I was informed that my whole plan would have to be on the T-Mobile One plan, or the newer, higher priced plan. In the store when the employee mentioned getting the Pixel over any Samsung products, he never once mentioned that I had to be on the newer, more expensive plans. Why does it take 20 minutes to pay my freeking bill? Used to have the kiosks that were self serve, There is always a line always. Why. Don't you guys pay enough?
I switched . I used to be Verizon all the way due to unproffesionalism in their custom service. And a 698.99 dollar fee for a replace ment phone that was not a customer err . The re placement cost plus my monthly bill plus my new bill totaling 1399.00. .....!!!!###
