Do not lie to your customers!
If I could put 0, I would. Messed up our accounts when switching over from Verizon so now we are fighting to have our $1500 cancellation fees from Verizon paid for. Fed us full of a TON of lies. Do not go here if you want your account set up properly. They’re obviously clueless.
Malik is the Store manager and is absolutely phenomenal
Not this store but T-mobile customer service and billing. I had fraud charges on my account and kept getting a different story every time I talked to a customer service rep before I finally got it cleared up. They say you'll hear from them by a certain time to let you know the status of your problem but they never do. Now they say that an amount that shows debited on my checking account to t-mobile was never received and over due.
