service is useless. unwillingness to work with you on your bill if you fall on hard times. they will lock and block phones that you own and paid for making them usless.
Cory at this location was a complete ass and couldn't get his story straight. The man flipped flopped his excuses and when we threatened to leave t mobile all he could say was make sure to call in to cancel because we don't at the store. Very poor and I hope the people there get a wake up call
Christian is rude! Terrible service was received from him. I had to call the call center after being at the store to confirm my devices were properly arranged.
