This is an authorized T-Mobile retailer, they are not employees of T-Mobile and they "do not have a responsibility to T-Mobile customers". All they want is the sale. My father was basically ripped off. The representative sold him on opening his own account "to save $5/ month" (it's not cheaper btw). So they opened his account, but never ported over his line (even after I authorized the change of billing responsibility). T-Mobile in Sierra Vista is a joke very poor customer service the main joke is Tomas Romo he will lie to you to just to make a sale and when caught in a lie he won't man up instead coward down I really do regret switching from sprint
Worst Customer service. Will lie just to make a sale. Made the mistake of switching from Sprint to tmobile. I have been in this store so many times for constant issue after issue, and have never left satisfied, always made to feel stupid at this store. Biggest mistake ever!!

The staff here makes me believe T Mobile is not an honest company. They don't keep promise. They signed me up feature I didn't ask. Had to triple verify everything they do.
