Niki Flowers went above and Beyond when helping me transfer from Xfinity to T-Mobile. She stayed on the phone with them and got absolutely nowhere for an hour and a half. After I left the store, she continued to work on my problems and got it solved and now everything is fine with my cellular service. She stayed calm, nice and friendly even though the people on the other end were very trying. good job to Niki
