Terrible customer service. I visited this location on 1/16, and an older woman and a male employee were working. I asked about purchasing an iPhone 17, and the woman insisted it came in orange, which it does not. When I questioned this and asked to see the device to confirm. The male employee had to step in and mediate because she was not knowledgeable. She then told me I would need to order the phone online. I absolutely love this particular T-Mobile location, Danie, Amie’s and Noah are so sweet very understanding very patient going to most definitely solve your problem the whole team is great! BEST team hands down in Memphis !
Stephen is the worst!! He is rude and needs to be trained for better communication with customers. I hope his is not a manager cause he needs to manager his attitude better.
