If I can give 0 stars I would I sat in t mobile for almost 3 hours with my cranky 8 month old son trying to get phones for me an my daughter the two employees that were on duty had very bad customer service no one seem to even know how to work the system after so many mess ups I walked out with no phones I will not be returning to this location ever I never had such bad customer service with T-Mobile I’m very disappointed

My niece when to the Bartlett location on 1/24/25 she worked with Terence who from start to finished told her nothing but lies out his mouth. I notice yesterday a new line was added to my account so I face timed my niece. She told me she was at a store adding a new line. I asked the young man was my credit getting ran for the new line he lied and said no. I work in finance so I know in order to add a new device my credit is going to get ran. Customer service rep. couldn't communicate well. Very bad exchange. Communication is key, especially in customer service and sales. The same store is the one we visited, and shortly after, someone added insurance to our plan after simply inquiring about it. It was bad enough that we went to another carrier and got a much better deal with home fiber and a new phone and family plan insurance for cheaper. The rep on the phone was able to give us 2 of the 4 or 5 months insurance back, but they kept the rest of the money that the... read more
