I absolutely love this particular T-Mobile location, Danie, Amie’s and Noah are so sweet very understanding very patient going to most definitely solve your problem the whole team is great! BEST team hands down in Memphis !
Stephen is the worst!! He is rude and needs to be trained for better communication with customers. I hope his is not a manager cause he needs to manager his attitude better.
I upgraded 3 phones today with customer service rep. named Victor.He was Amazing.He got on my phone with new app and did it all for me.All I had to do is tell him what phones I wanted to upgrade and he did all the rest.He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to where I understood because I'm not a phone tech type of guy.It was a great experience and I learned a lot on how to use my new phone.So again,Thank you Victor.
Great help from the manager..he gave me very good advice and took time out to help me with my problem
