Visiting from another state. I stopped in to simply return a mobile hotspot that I had purchased less than 24 hours ago from another TN location. Had to call the help line to file a complaint because of the inadequate response to a simple request. The manager on duty, “Liz” . was ill prepared to handle my simple customer service issue. Took my son’s iPhone 13 which is only a little over a year old to the store because it wouldn’t turn on. The error was the phone needed to be connected to a iMac and the employee used his personal laptop to reset the phone. Saved me a trip to Saddle Creek to the Apple Store. I don’t have an iMac computer and the store doesn’t either so I’m very thankful he was able to help and get the phone working.
I paid a warranty for years. Needed and they just want to seel upgrade phone
