I’ve been with T-Mobile for 5 years. I came to this location today in hopes to adding two lines to my account. When we walked in we were greeted. I noticed two of the associates were working with people. Not a problem to wait. A third associate came from the back and was assisting one of the other associates with a customer. I went in excited to transfer services from Verizon to T-Mobile. I was welcome by a lady helping another couple. Then an African American male employee with colored hair came out of the back and asked me what brought me in today. I told him I wanted to switch to t mobile. He hesitated for a minute you could tell he did not want to deal with me. He stated that they close at 8pm so they cannot do transfers after 7pm. These people make you wait a long time, and they ask you very rude questions, and when you want to upgrade, they make you wait too long. I was going for a phone that cost more than $2000 and even then there is no good treatment. There are people who need help in another language and they don't care about making people feel bad.
