Horrible company, service constantly getting worse. Why was service better 15 years ago in certain areas? Why in 15-20 years am I still getting dropped calls and no internet? Bc t mobile isn’t really around for good service, it’s so a small group of CEOs can make a billion dollars a year on 340$ phon bills for two lines and a watch. Impossible to get help in a store. Employees are trained to claw tooth and nail to get clients to add lines and the employees are reprimanded when they don’t. How many new lines can Tmobile add? ... read more
