These people make you wait a long time, and they ask you very rude questions, and when you want to upgrade, they make you wait too long. I was going for a phone that cost more than $2000 and even then there is no good treatment. There are people who need help in another language and they don't care about making people feel bad.
Went to get replacement cell phone. Belinda, Ernesto, and one other overworked. Had already spoken to customer service but THEY DROPPED THE BALL! Didn't send correct information to store. Kudos to the staff but thumbs down 👎 to the people in offshore customer service.
The employee Joshua was very helpful today in making sure all of my needs were met. I know that I will ask for him whenever I have issues with my phone again. Excellent service all the way around.
