The service was very good. Excellent. I highly recommend this store. I came in with a lot of problems with my account. I went to the Olive Branch store and called customer service, but they wouldn't help me. I decided to come to Winchester, and Andrea very kindly told me not to worry, that everything would be resolved. We interacted for two hours, and she patiently helped me with everything. I highly recommend her quality of service. Thank you so much, Andrea!
