No one wants to help fix a problem that we was lied to about. We’ve gotten the run around. When your told to bring your last bill in they’ll pay off your old phones or let me say up to 700.00 and you now tell us it’s our responsibility. Bad business buddy. I want stop here.. No one in there right mind would agree to this and that’s why our rep lied to us..
Horrible ,when you ask them for help . They just tell you go call customer service but no problem taking your money every month. They don't even offer to help , just plan ignore you. Key word to this store worker are lazy and don't want to work to help customer. Disappointed I should stay Verizon even though their expensive they have good customer service and willing to help you anytime, I guess the saying true you get what you pay for cheaper payment crappier the service.
