Wish I could leave this as 0 stars, salesman was so confused on the promotions we lost about $500 in value on our phones just standing at the counter....the rep started with a value of about $600 for our phones and were down to $150 by the time we walked out. Not to mention their reps get lippy with you when you ask for clarification because he can’t even get his promotion right. This retail location is absolutely terrible. They are understaffed, understocked, slow, and most of the time can't even help you. This most recent visit, we were next in line when we arrived, still had to wait 40 minutes to be seen. We were there to buy a galaxy watch, and once we finally got to the retail person, we find out that of the three watches on display one isn't made anymore, one isnt in stock, and the one that is available is the most expensive. Super sad... upgraded to the S9 and before I asked if this phone worked for my gear VR, was told , "of course". Due to the charger port being different than my S7... it doesn't work. I'll have to now buy the new version of the VR..
James was the best. Hooked me up with the vip package. Upgraded to an 8 s. Cost me 0 money for all the accessories. Even knew I liked pink and gave me a pink protector. Lovers the expierence
They were terrible! Just left the store after they said they could do the buy one get one on iPhones promo for me, was 1/2 way through the process (even paying $40 in cash towards it), and they said they couldn’t do it then refused to refund my money! Our acct is paid and nothing owed. We’ve been customers for 15+ years and they said that didn’t matter. Okay well bye Felicia. We are contacting the manager of the store and customer service line. Terrible, awful experience. I will never go back.
