Zero stars should really be an option - especially for this store. The simplest transactions are always screwed up and don't even think about requesting any help from the heavy set manager that hides in the little room - she could not be more useless. Everything they told me about my business account turned out to be wrong!! Trust me - do yourself a favor and go with ANY other provider than T-mobile and this store.
I would recommend everyone to use the service at the T-mobile store, which is located at 23645 El Toro Rd, Lake Forest. They have excellent service - the door had barely closed behind me, and employee Octavio B., a senior mobile expert, was already standing in front of me and was ready to solve my problems that arose after changing the mobile operator to T-Mobile. Exemplary service. If you're looking to leave A T & T due to their contracts with ICE, I suggest trying T-Mobile on Philo Rd. I am incredibly thankful they made the switch, from start to finish, so easy.

We have been loyal customers of T-Mobile for several years, however, this company does not value the safety and protection of its employees. Managers, such as Travis Rubenhold, have continuously expressed their lack of willingness to guide/mentor their teams, demonstrate possible discrimination, and promote a toxic work environment which trickles down to the customer. We truly don’t wish to share business with these types of companies that continue to ignore its leadership roles and who runs them.
Thought the pricing and value at T-Mobile was just what I was looking for, but the phones would just dial a bank in Asia or cut off a conversation and say you have no new voice mail or have pop ups wanting you to install an application from the Play Store every few minutes. Had to return to the store the first night just before closing because they would not call out at all. Over the past 30 days, my life has been the most stressful it has been in a long time. Be aware that this is a franchise store and they are unable to correct many issues. They are not knowledgeable about their products. Every time I have gone to this location they have been unable to help or rude. I would strongly recommend going to the corporate store in Geneva or Algonquin. These are the store that they tell you to go to when they cant help you so your just better off going there in the first place. They are knowledgeable and more welcoming. As an example. I signed up with T Mobile last December . I wanted internet and better phone service. I was very disappointed with the speed of the internet and basically had no phone reception from my home. I do Not recommend T Mobile to anyone.
Horrible customer service. Jeffrey Morning - store manager - is dishonest and inconsiderate. Adding lines without customer request, making up fake email accounts, lying to customer and working a standard pre made story to justify the mess he created. I am suspecting he gets bonus for enrollments and did it without customer authorization? surely seems like it.
