I just had the worst customer service experience ever. I was told that o wouldn’t have service for 6 months but they were not going to do anything about it. Then the rep Teddy hung up on me. 😞 y’all should do better.
Customer service is lacking. Arrogant and not very helpful. This is just a retail store. If you need any assistance and do not want to feel dumb or pushed aside, do not go here. Typically not a review person. Just a disappointing location.
Web site says they close at 6pm on Sundays....I got there b4 6 and they were closed. Door said 5pm. They need to update their i formation.
Went into this T-mobile store 2/11/17. My phone was frozen. I have never had such rude service. The young man working asked me if I knew how to Google. I could have fixed my phone without his help. I said no my phone was frozen. Well how about your computer he said. Very rude. I do not believe he should work in customer service.
Previous experience not great but has since changed. The service is good as well as the affordable phones when having the bogo. Had a better experience and better for the money spent.
