Mary at T-Mobile was very helpful and patient. We had to get 4 phones switched over and we got to keep our same numbers. She had a lot of work to do and a lot of switching to do. She followed up and made sure everything was working for several weeks after we signed up and got switched. She was very helpful. If you go to T-Mobile ask for Mary, she is great to work with! Amy I.
