They just turned down a customer who was about to purchase 3 phones and lines because I would not wear a mask, even though I explained I do have a medical condition in which I cannot wear one, and the salesman was wearing his beneath his nose. 🙄✌

RecommendedI had a busted, old phone. It was time to get a new one. Buying phones can be like buying a car. It takes a long time and a big budget. The only thing I knew I wanted was an iPhone. My phone guru pointed the way to the new iPhone XR. This phone is amazing as was my service in store. We’ve been with t-mobile for 18 years.
Absolutely the worst phone provider! They charged us twice in a month & the "manager" Sabrina, has done NOTHING but drag her feet. Its been 2 weeks and we are about to swap back to Verizon! Nothing but thieves at Tmobile!!!
