The absolute worst customer service I have ever seen . The service at this location is nothing like is used to be. I had to drive 45 minutes to another T- Mobile location for assistance. The gentleman working was not able to assist me and the plus sized lady was very unprofessional and extremely rude . I’m generally not a complainer, but over the last few months this locations hospitality, lack of concern, and general knowledge of the merchandise has taken a horrible turn in the wrong direction.
This store in Anderson Sc is a JOKE! They are slow and rude! You shouldn’t have to wait over half hour to pay a damn phone bill!
