Of all the stores in the Columbia area this one has the best service. I don’t mind paying a little more for services as long as there’s value. Other locations have forgotten that.. This is my go to store from now on.

I can’t say enough good things about Michael! After two terrible experiences at other T-Mobile stores, his customer service was truly a breath of fresh air. He went above and beyond to help me get a phone for my husband after his was destroyed, and I am so incredibly grateful for his kindness, patience, and professionalism. Thank you so much, Michael—you turned a really stressful situation into such a positive experience!

I just left this location and instead of the rep telling me it was No for my answer instead, she brushed me off and told me to go and call T-Mobile. T-Mobile also told me they cannot override something that’s done in the store after 30mins on a call , so instead of her helping me, she basically brushed me off. The last 3 digits of a rep number is rep#389 . She was the only female on the floor . I didn’t like her service at all . I will go to another location next time .
