Great service but a little underhanded. They created a new phone line for me and all i wanted to do was replace one watch for another. Line was already established. There was no reason to create a new line unless for reasons that benefited TMOBILE. Ask all the questions you need to adk and then double check thsy they did it your way
Keke assisted me with a concern i had about transferring services from Verizon to them. She was very knowledgeable about the task, but what impressed me is that she doubled check her self via asking her supervisor. Impressive.
