Called T-mobile 7 times yesterday...spoke to Apple support 3 times...Insurance carrier1time....final answer for issues with my2 month old phone which my conversations go in and out and people cannot hear me......Send my new phone to the insurance carrier and they will send me a refurbished phone....No Thank You! Very bad customer service!
Horrible customer service experience!!!The young man that my wife spoke with on the phone (name withheld) told her that he did not have time to help her, because he had customers. We have been T-Mobile customers for seven years and that is the first time we've ever had anyone T-mobile say they did not have time to help us.
Very helpful and set me an hotspot for vacation. People are nice and the location is beautiful
Customer service was great today. I'm here from out of state and Rep# 4527800, Brandon was super helpful. He went out of the way to deal with business customer service because the computer wasn't cooperating. I observed very friendly customer service from all 3 guys working today. Thanks again! Great Job!

Not so excited about the s5 I just purchased the other day. I previously had the s3 which had an amazing camera. One of the sales men told me the s5 camera was "exceptional, " Not so much...there is such a delay once you take the photo it's sad. I have a toddler...and have yet to take a clean clear photo...because I'm waiting on the camera to process...really sad.
