My wife took her phone in to get help with her gmail account. The salesman put phone on charger, then told her the phone won't charge and there was water damage and she should buy new phone! I told her to bring the phone home and, after some deleting and clearing of storage and ram, phone works perfectly. Liars and thieves work at this store!
