I’m travelling and bought a T Mobile sim from NYC. I had trouble accessing my internet. Called Andrew St store since it was the closest to my hotel at 7pm. Was rudely cut mid-call. There was still an hour until the published closing time to 8pm. I call a 5 minute Lyft to the place. I get there at 7:35pm. There was a girl sitting at the front saying the shop was closed. I suspect she was the same girl who hung up on me mid-call. Appalling service. First of all T Mobile for their mobile service. Secondly for the store service.... read more

My mobile hotspot was delivered to this location. When I went to pick it, the staff was very helpful and friendly. He made sure that my device was working before I left.
I from out of town and a young man name Calab, hopefully I'm spelling it right but my phone was just about dead. I needed my phone to get on the bus to get to my wife who in the hospital and he charged up my phone with no problem. Saying it's humanitarian for him to help me. I told him I have a galaxy s9 and I asked any suggestions and gave me options base on popularity, his preference, on what I would like and we can go from there.
