Well first stop to try and solve my phones problems. I just talked with an employee and was told that I will never have service around my house because of where I live (north covington) then they ask who sold me the phone. Well that was an easy answer. If you live on the north shore don't get t mobile. You will never have service and they will make you keep your bad service
