TMobile on Coburg Rd in Eugene Oregon refused to refund money for a sim card and provide shipping label for a phone after I decided not to join TMobile, and they took the sim card. They told me to go online and figure it out. They insisted on a restocking fee for a phone that they implied that they had in stock at the store when I agreed on the phone. I have no idea how to resolve the problem.

Got myself a brand new phone and switched over to T Mobile. I was in and out pretty quick and helped me with my phone.
They deal in stolen phones. My iphone 6 was stolen and sold to this store. They do not mind having stolen property in their store, nor will they work with me to catch the thief. Somebody should be fired.
I've had more trouble with this company in the last six months than I will bore you with. I switched to Verizon.
