Literally the worst Tmobile store. The the associate with name of Carlos is an asshole that doesn't know one thing about customer service. Literally was no help, I just wanted my water bottle for Tuesday and my phone app wasn't working. He argued with me about it, walked off and told me to fuck off a few times. After buying something(just to get his employee code on it) I left. Then realized I still don't have my damn water bottle!! Came back spoke with the manager and the topic kept getting changed.. I thing 4g is a lie. No matter what I do, or how many complaints I make my note 3 is still slow and often non responsive.
