Terrible service. My question is, if you don't like your job, why do you still work there? The service is awful, they don't help at all. All they tell you is that you have to call and resolve it yourself. I simply do not recommend going to this T-Mobile store.
Not good experience in the store the lady was busy busy in her phone never help me order me wrong color. I showed the color which I want, but she not give me attention. Finally they just wasting my two hour not get the phone the just said we can refund your money and very bad experience I don’t recommend anyone to go there just wasting a time not good customer service but zero star.
Wouldn’t recommend go to the North haven location by target instead, I walked into the store because my phone was destroyed and Ashley told me that it was store policy that I couldn’t just walk in there and get a new phone unless I paid with CASH!!! But If I was going to pay with a card I needed to use the T-Mobile app…. After asking her how am I supposed to get on the app if the phone no longer works she shrugged her shoulders yet I went to the T-Mobile in north haven and I walked out with a new phone
