Your representatives are rude and unearned. They don't want to help, they want to brush off. I hate Sprint ever switched over to them.
Terrible service. My question is, if you don't like your job, why do you still work there? The service is awful, they don't help at all. All they tell you is that you have to call and resolve it yourself. I simply do not recommend going to this T-Mobile store.
