The manager here, Timothy, is the best T-Mobile employee I have ever dealt with. He actually knew what he was talking about and solved my problem, the first time. Usually it takes me several visits, multiple phone calls and 2+ days to get even simple things taken care of. My phone broke and I was unable to do anything or log into any of my accounts because I couldn't complete 2 factor verifications and he still found a solution. Went into tmobile because I was having issues with my iPhone sending picture to androids. Although it was giving a hard time to fix Luis and Eddie took the time to work through all the possibilities and took over working with IT. Thank you for your fast work and customer service
