Bad customer service. They take care of you as if they wanted to get out of you quickly. They are not charismatic or ambles.
I enjoyed the assistance I received. Luis was very helpful and informative on the t mobile plans and its benefits. I got a new phone number finally. I am satisfied with the costumer service.
Review for all of T-Mobile and store specific: I ordered a new phone, but there was no tracking until I inquired. I am always requested to sign in, get a discount, go to the store to use it, and be turned away, even though the text said it was valid in the store. Customer service is never exceptionally helpful.
