RecommendedI recently switched my phone service from Sprint to T-Mobile. Jenny greeted me and helped me within few minutes to get the process started, It took around 30 minutes to get my line switched and before I left the store all my numbers were actually ported and functional. I was thinking it would take couple hours to Port the numbers but it was just minutes. I've been more then happy with our service since switching to T-Mobile. Taylor set us up with a great plan and took care of everything we needed. He was extremely helpful and professional and I was really impressed with how the store was kept. Very clean and nice place!
My wife, Laura and I have been using T-Mobile for the last 15 years. We will continue to do so. We appreciated the good service we received from Kyo yesterday. The store remained open, after hours, so that the necessary files, pictures, apps, bookmarks, etc. were all transferred to our new smart phones. Kyo insured that everything was done to our satisfaction before we left the store.
Every time I go here the customer service is great but this time was exceptionally amazing. I came in and spoke with Kyo. He is so personable, friendly and funny! I came in because my phone is broken so I have to send it off to Samsung. I needed something in the meantime. He went above and beyond what I would expect anyone to do! He helped me out immensly.
