Terrible experience today at Store #336 Des Moines with employee Jairo. I went in to the store to purchase a new phone for my kid I asked about the IPhone X but my daughter decided that the iPhone 6S plus was fine.When this happend he started saying that buying the iPhone 6 Plus was an awful purchase that she would regret it because the phone was outdated and that it was useless,when she told him that she really didn't care about how updated the phone was he got agitated and told her to just get a flip phone instead.In this ... read more
The slowest T-Mobile I've ever been all. Really didn't acknowledge is there. There was 3 of us and it took entirely too long. I left and went to another location. Every time I go into this location it's always one person in there I might get lucky if it's two. I will never do business at this location. Then the reps a rude as hell. Its like you're bothering them. WELL NEVER EVER STEP FOOT IN HERE AGAIN.
I have been a T-Mobile customer for 15 plus years, I made my payment over the phone last friday, and the lady asked me when I could pay my balance I said a week from Friday. To my surprise on Saturday there was a withdrawal made for the payment that was supposed to come out the following Friday. I called customer service to get this resolved and they said the quickest they could return my money would be 5 days. All they said was that they were sorry.
