Don't waste your time with this T-Mobile store. I was the ONLY person in the store besides the ONE employee, & she couldn't be bothered to call another store to see if they had the router I needed. No worries -- I won't be going back.

I waited in line, along with six other people, for a half hour, finally just left when I saw they weren't in any hurry to help move things along. The two gals that were "working" there were lost! This is very frustrating when you pay so much money for a cell phone. This is not the first time this has happened at the Brigham T- moble either. I'm going to try the Ogden store.

DONT GO HERE! The reps at this store cannot do basic things. We recently switched to Tmobile and the corporate store told us we could drop off our old phones to any Tmobile location, and when my wife tried to do it here they told her they couldn’t take them. Which was incorrect, after some pushing they figured out how to do it. They also locked us out of the Tlife app when trying to help set up an authorized user. These guys are only good if you need a new phone. If you go in with a broken phone or phone questions they are 0 help. Then they proceeded to shove the new IPhone deal down your throat. It’s a complete joke, all we wanted to do was get our phone fixed. They said they would send an email with a number to call to get it looked at but they never did. T-mobile should have techs ready to work on the phones (especially because it was bought from them lol) if we have problems. Instead we get no help on our current phone and we have... read more
