had an amazing experience at T-Mobile thanks to Giselle! She was the only employee in the store, yet she handled every customer with patience, kindness, and professionalism. Even while juggling multiple people at once, she made sure everyone felt acknowledged and taken care of. Buyer Beware! Fraudulent Bait-and-Switch tactics cost me an extra $525 on an iPhone 17 upgrade than the promotional credit that was sold to me. T-Mobile just lost a 28 year customer and at least 3 other customers for life because of this store and their employees. I also reported to BBB.
