Aubrey and Gestella are what every employee should strive to be. Every time I've come to the store before this, I was met with uncaring and indifference. But both of these two sat through 3+ hours calls to AT&T just to transfer a single phone number. They should be rewarded for their efforts.

I stopped in to better understand the details of T-Mobile’s credit for switching from AT&T. My old carrier’s coverage and ever increasing price made me want to switch. The Manager Tino helped me clearly understand the next steps. A few weeks later I stopped in and Aubrey helped me switch 3 lines. Let me say that this was not an easy process. AT&T hadn’t unlocked my old phones but Aubrey stuck with me for 2 ½ hours while the 2 carriers worked through the process. Brad is an amazing Store manager! He really knows his stuff! Went in and there were 5 customers ahead of us. He got done with helping one customer and quickly went around the room getting info to check everyone in. Then back he went to help another customer. He was courteous and quick. Making sure every customer left with questions unanswered. Thank you for all your help!
