Buyer Beware! Fraudulent Bait-and-Switch tactics cost me an extra $525 on an iPhone 17 upgrade than the promotional credit that was sold to me. T-Mobile just lost a 28 year customer and at least 3 other customers for life because of this store and their employees. I also reported to BBB. Tyson was great to work.
Employees dont care about time spent in store. Manger just sits in the back while a line starts pilling up.
The most unhelpful employess ever. I was due for an upgrade on my phone and because the T Life app said I couldnt get a phone in store they said they couldnt do anything. Why even have a store if they cant go beyond the T life app. Ended up going to the North Ogden store and they worked to figure out how to make it work. Every time I jave gone to Brigham it's the same thing. Worse service ever.
