Been in 3 times this week, Fri, Sat and Mon and my phone still isn’t working properly the first girl barely knew how to do anything and the second girl helped us just called customer support so I could have done that my self. I’m going to go to a different location today to try and resolve the issue

I walked into this store with a list of questions and concerns, ready to just cancel my service altogether. I was FURIOUS! But thankfully Che was in store. She answered all my questions professionally and promptly. I ended up keeping my service, and I’m so glad I did! T mobile needs more people like Che!
Stay away. The privacy screen protector I paid $70 for that they put on was cracked. They wouldn’t put a new one on without charging me another $70.
90% of the time this store is no help. Well guess the staff gets to make their own hours now. And they never have what is needed For the first time in ever, I walked in there and the kid knew what he was doing.
