Huge problem with T-Mobile and getting my replacement phone. I’ve had 3 phones shipped to this location and they couldn’t give me any of them. I’m not sure what has gone wrong but I’m a month into this issue and still have no new phone :( The manager was supposed to call me but but never did.
4/17/23 Avoid this store if you can! After being dismissively “handled” by a new employee… I called customer service to report the entire lack of customer service, support, & satisfaction. A long time T-mobile customer but this place earns an “F”

Worst customer service in the business. Tedious. Mind numbing.Annoying. Dishonest. RUN to any other Cellular- Walmart family mobile far superior.aaaaaagh. only 40 texts to make an already agreed upon pay plan.
