Terrible customer service. Tried charging me $175 copay on insurance to JUMP. Went to the other location in Lawrence and no insurance claim was needed for the so called damaged phone I had. If you can go to the 23rd Street store and avoid this place like the plague. Terrible employees, service and product knowledge. This location needs shut down.
