Very non professional as Ive been a t mobile member for 5 plus years now. This location specifically constantly rotating workers. Walked in with a simple problem, denied help as if I was a non paying customer. Refused to give me my product I paid for and had waited days in advance. had no problems with any other location ever. Quick to sell you a phone or provide third party services but unresponsive and unprofessional when problem with a customer occur. Never will I ever go to this location by Home Depot again. I have to say im impressed with the customer service at this location Brandon helped me set up my phone and is very knowledgeable about the smartphone mechanics and technology and when I had a discrepancy with my phone bill Mongo assisted me when I called 611 and then the problem was fixed in 5 minutes so gotta thank him for having the patience and the knowledge to perform his duties and not only having answers for the customer but solving the problem for the customer
Solomon is the best. Wonderful asset to the T-Mobile team.
