Went in because I was moving to another company from TMobile. Needed my phone unlocked. I now had NO SERVICE as T Mob had disconnected me but didnt release me from their network. They told me to pay upcoming bill, ok no prob. "That fixes it right?" No you go home and call Cust Serv. Sent me out but didnt give me anyway to contact cust serv. Just wanted to get to the next pers in line. They didnt solve the problem. Paying early didnt fix anything.
