I went in there and two people were working and no customers. The guy seemed pretty relaxed when I arrived but he said he would help me. He handed me a tablet and said to enter my address which took about thirty seconds. Then he gets on his phone for five minutes and showed no signs of getting off the phone and resuming helping me. I've been a tmobile customer for 9 years. Came in because I had questions regarding purchasing a new device. Staff instantly asked me to open my tmobile app (as I had already done at home) and could not answer any questions I was left with after viewing promotion details. Whats the point of even having a store front if every customer who walks in is referred to the mobile app? I prefer having experienced sales representatives who answer my questions, rather than a glorified cashier that directs me back to what I have already... read more

Depends on how busy they are and what time you get there if it’s after they open you might have to wait a while other than that come early so you can get in and out quick
