My experience at this store well let's see. I purchased 3 devices. A phone, watch and tablet should be easy enough right. I worked in the wireless phone industry off and on for 15 years. The one thing that you absolutely never do is lie to a customer. Back to the review this store should have put the three devices on one unlimited plan as requested. Agree with another commenter: NEVER LIE TO YOU CUSTOMERS. However, an even bigger issue is most staff are winging it and, otherwise, downright incompetent. All they want to do is make a sale — with virtually NO POST-SALE support.
