RecommendedFast and friendly service. I bought my phones at the Eastern location but always had to wait long periods when I had issues. This location never seems to have a long wait and is always staffed well. I have called and also had great customer service.
Would be better if they stuck to the people on line waiting. Finally got to be my turn. And they decided to sign more people in but ended up helping a lady who lost her text messages. Spending well over 10 minites with her. Causing me almost to be late picking up my son.
Curtis is amazing! Customer service is his best! Polite, patient & respectively kind!
