Went in to upgrade my phone, and the staff was very helpful and made the process very simple
Since "Q" took over management of this store we had issues every time we've been in. They are less than truthful with their customers. I will now drive to a Boise store just to not have to deal with him. Joe Pennington was no help either. Says technically they did nothing wrong, there is no accountability when they screw up.
