I stopped in here yesterday because I had a new Samsung phone and I did not know how to set up the email (I am normally an iPhone user). Ethan helped me in a very kind, patient, and thorough way. He was kind and helpful. I highly recommend doing business with this team at this location. Kudos to T-Mobile for hiring such nice people.
We returned 3 phones when switching from another carrier. We’re supposed to receive almost $800 back. They assured us we didn’t need a receipt however the later model “disappeared”. Lost $400 and it probably was sold on the black market. Wouldn’t trust anyone at this store.
