Worst service , they promise you a lot of promotions which they never could offer. It’s been more than a month trying to resolve the issue.
Tamara and Matt were so helpful and patient with my wife and I. They worked diligently to get my new phone set up, were both knowledgeable, and offered protection and accessories. Great customer service is hard to come by, and they offered exceptional customer service. Tamara and Matt took great care of us, and I’ll add that we worked with Tamara alot and she’s the reason we’ll come back. Thank you for your patience, kindness, and help—all while keeping busy helping new customers when they arrived.
That is a great store
Went to this store to switch from Verizon. Wanted to keep my phone number and it turned into a nightmare to switch it over (not going into details) BUT Angel was a godsend dealing with the issue and figuring it out, guy deserves a raise or something.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Great job, keep it up.
