Angel, who my mom and I had the pleasure of working with, is AMAZING (although all of the employees working there that day seemed super helpful too). He was such an awesome person and truly cared about helping solve our problems coming over from Verizon. I'm a fan of T-Mobile now because of him -- very rare to have such a good customer experience these days, thank you Angel!! This has been my go to branch since I switched over to t-mobile. I hadn't been here for quite some time, and the gentleman who we would see was no longer with the company, so I was eager to see who I'd be working with. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Barbara. She was so pleasant! Barbara helped me order my new iPhone, set it up and trade my old one in.
