Derek is the best, impressive service!
Mandi's customer service care is wonderful. Please give her a raise :) I came in to buy a replacement screen cover, and because there were complications with getting it installed (manufacturing issues that led to a small crack forming), she let me have it for free. This shows me that they are honest and give customers good quality products. Good location to find your next phone!
EDIT: I contacted management via email as requested in their response below (despite having already tried over the phone), and much to my surprise *insert eye roll* they never replied. Dear management, responding to reviews with a made up “we’re so sorry, let’s chat!” Only works if theres follow through in your end. Stop pretending to care, and start to actually care. I recently switched my provider from Verizon to T-Mobile, using this store as my primary source. I worked primarily with Tiphani, who was very friendly, patient, and professional throughout. I spent over 2 hours in the store to get everything switched over, but I always felt taken care of. About 5 weeks later, I had to return for an issue that couldn't be resolved over the phone (after trying for 2 hours), and Tiphani quickly took care of it, and made sure to credit my account appropriately.
