Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had! We just free upgraded our phones and got robbed. The service was so terrible and anti-helpful. The salesman rushed us ,chargers us for 2 different cases for the same phone. Left us to figure out the SIMs with no direction. 611 was the ONLY help. Locally this this store is terrible! The woman acted like she hated her job and us the entire process. Nothing like the other staff. Now I just got another $70 charge for some reason. 611 better fix this and this store's management.
