I always have a great experience at this store! The guys (and girl) are super awesome and friendly. They always get me through the nonsense I'm dealing with and even make calls for me to tmobile. I never go no where else for T-Mobile issues. When I call I never get an American speaking rep unless i speak to loyalty dept. Glad I have a great T-Mobile store!!!! Thank you
