We bought 2 phones this year and we have been paying insurance. The lady that sold us the phones said that if we can have any damaged with the phones, we can switch it for free because the insurance. We went 4 days ago to tmobile and they said that we have to pay another 175 each???? When they said that we only have to pay insurance TMobile sucksssss. I will tell to all my friends about your company suckss
