I cannot say enough good things about this store. I went to 3 different stores trying to get my phone fixed, and Anthony from this store spent so much time researching and trying to fix my phone. He was so positive the entire time and fixed my whole problem in a very timely manner. Everyone is laughing and joking around in this store it’s a very positive atmosphere
Great team here at this location. The staff was friendly and very professional! Carvel was kind, knowledgeable and addressed all my needs. This is definitely a TMobile store to visit. Thank you.
Exceptional Technical Skill and Patient Support from Mell! "I cracked my screen last Sunday and was understandably frustrated. After filing an insurance claim on Monday, I received my replacement by Tuesday night. However, I hit a major roadblock: transferring my data from a severely damaged screen to the new device without buying extra equipment.
