Tried to order a product from this guy, aka The Slate Masons, and when I didn't accept his substitute product offered because he didn't have the product I wanted in stock, he cancelled my order after trying to ship me a much smaller product (3x5") versus the 9" oval but half the price although a third of the size. He blamed his pushiness (impatient because I didn't immediately respond to his message) on Etsy's shipping policies. I would not recommend this company or The Slate Masons (on Etsy) to anyone.

Working with T. Michael Studios was an extremely positive experience. Timothy easily understood what I wanted for a sign for our home in New Mexico and helped bring it to life. The sign used a custom size sign and custom font in the excellent quality and craftsmanship of T. Michael Studios. The sign pairs beautifully with our home and the colors and light of Santa Fe.

Working with the studio was great. We needed a custom size for our order and Timothy was able to do it without any issues. Our sign came out exactly as expected and we especially love the document it came with that told the story of where the slate originally came from.
