After 5-6 years of work related hip pain and exhausting so many other options I found out about Dr. Kates from my mom. After a few sessions and doing the exercises he recommended my quality of life has completely improved. I try to tell as many friends and family about how much he helped me!
This guy actually listens I haven't had a doctor listen to me and make eye contact with me when im at a appointment as much as I fought to come to this clinic I'm glad UPHP made me come here
Kates is an amazing doctor just at a bad practice. UPHS MQT Family medecine is too understaffed and with 10,000 patients good luck getting the attention you need. He is a great doctor, but the 1 star is for the practice itself. It restricted his ability to care for me well.
