This is what I appreciate about Mr. Smith. My 96 year old friend needed help with a problem she was having with a "threat" from a reverse mortgage company. In my opinion Mr. Smith went above and beyond what anyone would expect from an attorney. He began by leaving his office to escort my friend from my car so that she would not have to walk the long distance from where I parked to his office.
