Mark took on our case when another "big" firm turned us down. We knew the other driver was at fault, but that insurance company initially denied our claim. An 18 wheeler (other driver) was at a stop on a major highway with no signals, causing a collision. My husband suffered traumatic injuries, incurring not only extreme physical and emotional damages, but missed work, missed family milestones, and life-long disabilities.
