Very timely. Good appointment arrival communication. Didn’t take off boots or ask if he should wear booties. Called about a leaking garbage disposal. It was fixed quickly, but he proceeded to tell me everything else he felt needed to be changed out, like my kitchen faucet and tub jets. I didn’t appreciate the up-selling. It’s not what I called for nor did I ask for his opinion on those things.
