I recently contracted T-Mark for the installation of a new furnace. From the estimate, done by Richard Pelc right through to the removal and installation of the new furnace by technician Alex Beback and crew, it was a pleasure working with T-Mark. ++ Customer satisfaction!

Yes, I did give a great review because it was great work. BUT I can't edit my review so I'm adding a new one for RICH(that also falls into T-Marks lap-cause he's their employee), that comes a runnin to give you an estimate for extra work to b done and then NEVER calls you to schedule said work. Lousy scheduler. (1 1/2 wks now) Looking 4 someone else.Talked to sev ppl there and NO satisfaction. No responsibility taken by any one of these employees. Shame on you Ryan Miller for not taking initiative to correct this situation.
