My technician Brian Balcerzak took time to explain the function of the HVAC unit. My system was installed in 2018 and the only instructions I received were to clean the front filters. Several times I experienced dirt being expelled from the units during operation. The installer said I needed to clean the screen filters. I have severe reaction to mold. My units are filthy with dirt and mold. Thank you Brian for the tutorial.
Great service at a fair price. Plumbing repairs went smoothly and done in a very timely manner. Gary was efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant.
