Don was very experienced and professional.Thanks
They did a great job getting it done but they could have covered the floor from the entrance way tonthe basement steps so we didn't have to vacuum up a dirty entrance way after they left. Also the salesman told me I was going to get an ecobee thermostat which the installers had no idea about and when asked about it the salesman has not responded...
The T-Mark technician who came to service my whole home Air Conditioning (AC) system ,Mark Balcerzak, was on time, friendly, professional, and efficient. He thoroughly checked out my AC system and advised me of its working condition, which was fine. He went over everything he did, and promptly processed my bill via a credit card. I highly recommend T-Mark.
