Buy from Tony… Not a big box store! We had an issue on a Sunday evening. Tony called me back within just a few minutes of my message. He was willing to come to the house but he was able to troubleshoot with me over the phone with a lot of patience on his part. His crew was at my house the next morning before 9 AM to double check everything and do some minor repairs. We bought a Generac from Tony. This is our second purchase from him at a new house. You can't get this kind of service from a big box store. Highly recommend .
The house has never looked this spotless. Their attention to detail is amazing!
We recently purchased a Generac from T & M. Although we have not had to use it yet, their staff, installation and all the the good folks that work there have been been first rate. They took the time to answer all of our questions and any concerns we had. They made sure our unit met all necessary codes and helped us set up apps and anything else we needed. They also are easy to contact. Highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.
I used T&M Services to install my Generac whole house Generator back in September of 2022. It was one of the best home investments I've ever made. Ever since it's installation, I can rest assured knowing that I no longer have to worry about power outages as a result of severe thunderstorms, winter snow and ice storms, or outages related to excessive summer heat. I had a Generac installed but not up to code and reached out to Tony to correct these issues at the end of May on the 29th. To his credit, he did fix an initial electric issue with the Generac promptly (within 24 hours of contact on the 30th), however, service completely fell flat thereafter. It has been a month and a half since he promised me a follow up estimate to complete the additional repairs needed to bring the Generac up to code.
