"I had my pool closed by T & M at the end of 2008. I had had other swimming pool companies close it before with no problems. T & M left all of the empty plastic chemical bottles (not the reuseable kind) on my pool deck. They also didn't cover my heater or pump which all of the other companies have done. I had another pool company open my pool today and come to find out T & M didn't blow out my heater so my heat exchanger is trash. I called T & M to tell them my problem and no condolences.
