I called at 7:30am and he said it’d be an hour or so. He never showed up and ignored my calls. Had to find another mechanic and didn’t get finished until 2:30pm. I’m missing my friend’s graduation because of T&M’s utter lack of professionalism.
They are AMAZING! My husband and I were heading back home to Fort Worth from San Antonio on a sunday, when all of a sudden a screeching loud noise happened as we drove on the Highway. Then our engine discharged and once we pulled over the car stopped working. We changed the battery at Walmart (since we had warranty) but that wasn’t fixing it so the guy at Autozone realized our alternator belt had popped off when we were driving.
