Absolutely awful. Dont bring your boat here to get shrink wrapped. I brought mine here and they told me it would be done in 2-3 days. After 2 weeks not hearing anything back I started calling them with no answer. After a month i drove out to see what was going on to find out they left the country for a month. Waited for them to get back and started calling them again after 2 months and they picked the phone up and hung up on me right away. So after 2 months not hearing from them once and my boat already being rained and snow... read more

This company botched a repair on a Zodiac didn't fix it and didn't care, I would never recommend them.
Vitally is an inflatable boat whisperer and Melanie makes the business run smoothly. They are a great team.
