I have used Jellison Construction for various projects for the past five years. He has completed a punch list left undone by a previous builder, gutted and redone two bathrooms, and completely remodeled my kitchen. The results on the latter two projects were fabulous. He was timely, wrote out a professional estimate, and was available via email - which we found to be a rarity when looking for contractors. TM Jellison is nothing less than superb. I've had the opportunity to contract with Tom and his crew twice during the last couple of years. We were referred to Tom Jellison from Epoch Homes. From Day 1, Tom was attentive, sensitive to our needs, accommodating, and communicative, with wonderful follow-through. TM jellison built an extension on my home in Vermont a couple of years ago. Tom was thorough and professional when dealing with all aspects of this project. Mr. Jellison worked with me as changes were made during construction. He stayed true to the estimate and completed the job on time and on budget. All who visit me rave about my new addition. Beware of this company. The owner is declining to honor warranty work on our custom home. We have several major leaks which prevent use of one whirlpool bath and one shower. The cook top exhaust vents Into our finished basement and was never extended to the exterior of the home (ie, many stored clothes infiltrated with cooking odors). Eight windows do not match the others of the home. We are entering into litigation currently.
